At Meloa, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: [5–10] business days

  • Canada: [7–14] business days

  • United Kingdom: [5–10] business days

  • Australia/New Zealand: [7–14] business days

  • International Orders: [7–14] business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped and do not include processing time.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@trymeloa.com. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or shipped.

Meloa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for an update.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office.

Meloa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, our support team will do its best to help you investigate any delivery issue.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Meloa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.
